Complicated - Operators THE DRAFT Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations
issued just over two weeks ago have been described by the
industry as too bureaucratic, as the draft covers all aspects
of the sector from licensing, air charter operations, flying
schools, maintenance organisations, agricultural flying,
parachute packing and gliding to registration of foreign
aircraft.
