Land Reform Not for all Zimbabweans

I HAVE been searching for a website of Uganda newspapers just to inform the people of Uganda about the reality of land reform in Zimbabwe. The only media operating in Zimbabwe is owned by the state.

Many Africans have viewed the land reform programme in Zimbabwe as a good step toward African freedom and development. While this is true, it is important that before ululating about it, we find out who the real beneficiaries of the land reform are.

I am not siding with the opposition, but I know that the people of Zimbabwe have suffered for a while now and many of them have no illusions about what is happening in the country.

The only positive thing about Zimbabwe is that the infrastructure works. You are able to easily find the address of any location.

But for the so-called "landless poor" being beneficiaries of the land reform, they are actually ministers and government officials. Visit this website for the entire list: www.mdczimbabwe.org /farmgrabbers.htm. It is vital to have sufficient information before supporting an action by our government, otherwise we will be celebrating while people are dying.
