"Let's Cook" was first aired on NTV (formerly Nation TV) on April
3rd, 2004 Saturday and it is designed to enlighten and empower a new generation
of viewers to discover the simple joys of cooking. Host Susan Kamau translates
her technical expertise with food and love of hospitality into a passionate
call for a return to the kitchen.
"Let's Cook" starts with the basics and demonstrates that the techniques,
ingredients, and tools of the kitchen can be presented in a fun and stylish
way that entertains and inspires. Susan Kamau is in the kitchen with great
recipes and terrific techniques specifically focused to fit your busy lifestyle.
