HISTORY -FOOD AND LIFE
We are made from the chemicals
of the earth, which flow through us as we live. We take in food and oxygen
and we give out "wastes" as solids, liquids and gases. Everything
within us and everything we do is sustained by this continued flow of chemicals
through our bodies.
Apart from the oxygen which we breath in through the air, all the chemicals
we need are taken in through our mouths as food.
Food has really changed through the times. Trends shift and brand new ingredients
find their way into our pantry shelves. Food is an ever ending combination
of flavours and textures that warm the heart and feed the soul.
Its all about sharing. Whether breaking the bread at the table or handing
down your favourite recipe, enjoy and cherish the art of good eating.
