Hi, my name is ken and i first wanted to tell you that i really enjoy watching your show, and to crown it all; you have made me achieve my dreams. i have always wanted to know how to cook beef samosas for my family which of course you presented some time back. i followed your procedures up to the latter and i definately made absolutely delicious, fabulous, tasty..... beef samosas but he problem is that they tend to be dry. what should i do? i will be very greatfull if you reply soon.thnak you!!!!

Congratulations for your very nice cooking TV sessions. I am a keen viewer but have not been lucky to see any Fish sessions. I am kindly requesting for several recipes on Fish cooking. Salmon is top on my list. Best regards
