Mr. Muganda is an accomplished business leader with an illustrious career and vast experience gathered from over three decades of service in several multinational corporations across Africa and the UK. His previous roles include top leadership (CEO) positions at VIVO Energy Kenya (Shell Licensee), Kenya Breweries Limited and British American Tobacco, all market leaders in their respective sectors. He also served in the position of Group Chief Executive Officer at Nation Media Group between 2015 and 2018.
He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Buckingham. He currently chairs the Board of Stanbic Bank Kenya in addition to serving on several other boards.

Geoffrey Odundo is an accomplished senior executive and seasoned investment banker with vast experience in leadership, including serving in the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), where he spearheaded various market innovations and achieved record-breaking milestones during his tenure between 2015 and 2024. He is the immediate former Group Executive Advisor at CPF Group and was previously Managing Director of Kingdom Securities, where he was the first Chief Executive Officer. He holds an MBA degree in Strategic Management from the United States International University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Egerton University, and several professional certifications.
Mr. Nchimbi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
He is currently the Managing Director of Pemandu Associates Limited, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm.
Prior to his current role, he worked at Deloitte for over seventeen years, where he held various senior positions including Managing Partner, Deloitte, Tanzania, and Leader of the firm’s Financial Services Industry practice across East Africa. He also served as a member of the Deloitte Global Advisory Council between 2017 and 2019.
Mr. Nchimbi previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later at Standard Chartered Bank, Tanzania, where he served in the position of Head of Risk and Compliance. He has over 23 years’ experience in advisory, accounting, audit, risk management and corporate governance gained whilst serving in leading global institutions and servicing a broad range of clients in both the public and private sector, across Sub-Sahara Africa.
Nancy Matimu is the Founder and CEO of Serrari Group. An accomplished marketing executive and business leader, Nancy has previously held several senior management positions including, Managing Director at MultiChoice Kenya, Vice President, Sub – Sahara Africa, Market Development at Mastercard, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer & Director of Mobile Financial Services at HF Group and Head of Safaricom Home and Content, amongst other senior positions at Safaricom and Airtel. She is the Vice-Chairperson, University Council Board, KCA University, a Global Board Trustee at Education Sub-Saharan Africa (ESSA) and Director at Rapyd (previously PayU Company) She holds an MBA from Strathmore Business School and IESE Business School, a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, Planning and Management, from Kenyatta University and a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
Mr. Stephen Dunbar-Johnson is a graduate of Worth School and Kent University in the United Kingdom. He has attended an Executive Management program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (USA) and has undertaken the Sulzberger program at the Colombia School of Journalism (USA). He is the President, International of the New York Times Company and is responsible for the oversight and strategic development of the company’s international digital and print business. Previously, he was the Publisher of the International Herald Tribune. He was appointed to the Board in April 2018 and is a member of the Strategy and Investments Committee.
Juliana Rotich is a technology and financial services leader with more than two decades of experience building and governing digital businesses across Africa, spanning fintech, mobile money, insurance and digital public infrastructure.
She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kehmett Consulting Limited, which advises governments and corporations on digital transformation, innovation strategy and the adoption of artificial intelligence.
Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Citizen Solutions, Head of Fintech Solutions at Safaricom PLC and Managing Director for East Africa at BASF EA Limited. She is a co-founder of four technology companies, among them Ushahidi Inc., where she served as Chief Executive Officer; BRCK Inc., where she served as Executive Director; and Boya Inc., where she was a Director.
She serves on the boards of Pioneer Insurance Company and ECHO Network Africa, is a member of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation AI Ethics Committee and is Vice Co-Chair of the Hamburg Sustainability Conference. Mr. Louis Otieno holds a Masters of Business Administration from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science from Mercy College (USA). He is a software developer by training. Mr. Otieno began his professional career in the USA, rising to the position of Assistant Vice President at EEC Financial Services in New York. He joined Microsoft Corporation in 1997, leading the business in Africa in different capacities for 21 years.
An ICT for Development leader, Mr. Otieno promoted innovation such as the use of TV white spaces to provide high speed, affordable broadband connectivity in the unserved rural areas. He is a non-executive director at Absa Kenya Limited and chairs the boards of Airtel Networks Kenya Limited and Absa Asset Management Limited. Mr. Otieno was appointed to the board as an independent non- executive director in July 2017. He chairs the Strategy and Investments Committee and is a member of the Human Resources Committee.
Georgia Mutagahywa is a corporate affairs and government relations leader with more than three decades of experience across telecommunications, mining, brewing, consumer goods and media in East Africa.
She is Chief of Staff to the Chairman of the Taifa Group of Companies, where she supports strategic, business and stakeholder priorities across the Group's operating companies.
Previously, she served as Corporate Communications and Country Liaison Manager and, before that, as Country Manager at Twiga Minerals Corporation and Barrick Tanzania; as Legal and Corporate Affairs Director for AB InBev East Africa, covering Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya and South Sudan; as Corporate Affairs Director of the Tanzania Breweries Limited Group; and as Chief Officer, Corporate Affairs at Vodacom Tanzania, where she also had oversight of the Vodacom Foundation. Her earlier career included senior communications roles at Ericsson Sub-Saharan Africa, Zain Africa, Celtel Tanzania and Coca-Cola Kwanza. She began her career in the media, serving as Managing Editor of Business Times Limited and as a tutor at the Tanzania School of Journalism, and in 2005 directed the communications strategy for the Chama Cha Mapinduzi presidential campaign in Tanzania.

Dr Julie Gichuru is a media, communications and development leader with more than two decades of experience spanning broadcast journalism, global philanthropy and pan-African institution building.
She is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Africa Leadership and Dialogue Institute (ALADI), a pan-African platform that works with governments, philanthropy and the private sector to strengthen leadership and advance inclusive development across the continent.
She previously served as Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer at the Mastercard Foundation, where she sat on the Executive Committee and led global communications, public affairs, reputation and stakeholder engagement across teams in Africa, North America and Europe. Before joining the Foundation, she founded and led Arimus Media Limited. Her media career included service as Group Head of Digital Media and Senior News Anchor at Royal Media Services; News Anchor and Talent Manager at Nation Media Group during the launch of NTV; News Anchor and Reporter at Standard Media Group; and Anchor and Presenter at Capital FM.

Wilfred Musau is a banking and financial services leader with more than two decades of executive, general management and governance experience in East Africa.
He is an Independent Financial Services Consultant, working with banking and offshore funding partners to advise on the restructuring, financing and management of strategic projects across the region.
He previously served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Bank of Kenya, where he returned the bank to profitability, strengthened its governance, risk and control environment, led the upgrade of its core banking and financial management systems and steered the transaction that concluded in the bank's merger with the KCB Bank Group. He joined the bank as Executive Director, Retail Banking, and served as Acting Managing Director during the leadership transition of 2016. Earlier in his career he was Head of Business Banking and Head of Branch Business at NIC Bank Limited, now NCBA; Head of Corporate Banking at KCB Bank Rwanda; and the first Head of SME Banking at KCB Bank Kenya, where he established the bank's SME proposition. He began his banking career at Standard Chartered Bank Kenya and Barclays Bank of Kenya, now Absa.

Bharat Thakrar is an advertising and marketing communications leader with more than five decades of experience building and leading businesses across Africa.
He is a Consultant at Ideologie, a boutique integrated communications agency specialising in content creation for traditional and digital media.
He founded Scanad Marketing Kenya in 1982 and expanded the business into Tanzania and Uganda, subsequently founding or acquiring Media Initiative East Africa, JWT Kenya, McCann Erickson Kenya, Redsky, Millward Brown East Africa, Grey Advertising East Africa and Squad Digital. These businesses were consolidated under Scangroup Plc, which listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange in 2006 and where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership the Group integrated the Ogilvy Africa and Kantar Africa businesses, supported WPP's expansion into Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Zambia and South Africa, and grew to majority-owned operations in twelve African countries, by the time he stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer in March 2021.Over his career he has directed marketing and communications strategy for organisations across financial services, telecommunications, aviation and fast-moving consumer goods.
He is a former Chairman of the Association of Practitioners in Advertising.

She has extensive expertise as a Company Secretary and has served on the boards of several notable multinational corporations as well as local small and medium-sized enterprises. She has a proven track record in corporate governance, strategic planning, corporate structuring, statutory and regulatory compliance, company law and practice, and employment and labour relations.
