On Friday, 10th April 2026, Nation Media Foundation, led by Nation Media Group Managing Director & CEO Geoffrey Odundo, joined other corporates at Kinale Forest along the Nairobi–Nakuru Highway for a tree-growing exercise.

The initiative, dubbed the Kinale Forest Rehabilitation Initiative, brought together participants committed to restoring tree cover in the expansive forest landscape. The exercise is part of ongoing efforts to rehabilitate degraded areas and enhance environmental conservation.

The activity aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and supports Nation Media Group’s sustainability agenda, with a particular focus on reducing carbon emissions and promoting a greener future.
